Tanzanian singer Juma Jux chose his traditional wedding day to Priscilla Ojo to release a special track titled God Design. The moment blended music, love, and culture, offering more than just a celebration. It marked a significant step in their shared journey.

The song, featuring Nigerian rapper Phyno, forms part of Jux’s 7-track EP A Day to Remember. He described the project as “a soundtrack to our love story.” God Design captures the depth of their bond, drawing from real experiences. With lyrics such as “Ayo mi ti de” and “This is God’s design, and forever you’ll be mine,” it reflects vows exchanged and promises made.

This is not Jux’s first musical gesture to Priscilla. He previously released Ololufe Mi and Si Mimi. Each song tells a different part of their story, with God Design marking the beginning of a new chapter.

Adding a personal touch, Iyabo Ojo, Priscilla’s mother, ends the track with a heartfelt prayer for the couple’s journey ahead. Juma shared on Instagram, “This one’s for our Traditional Wedding season. Forever starts now.”

Music, family and tradition came together to honour a lasting commitment.
